D. Mark Fowler
D. Mark Fowler is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and also serves as a member of the Company's Board of Directors. His early high technology experience was gained at Texas Instruments, where he spent 11 years in a variety of engineering, strategic planning and business management positions. Later, he was co-founder, chairman and president of Zaisan Corporation, a high profile voice and data workstation start-up company. He later served as president and general manager of ITT's personal computer and multi-user systems business. Prior to joining Systech in July 1991, Mr. Fowler was vice president and general manager of DSC Communications Corporation's data communications and local area network business. Mr. Fowler took both his Bachelor of Science (Computer Science and Mathematics) and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Houston.
Don Armerding
Don Armerding is Vice President of Software Development and Support. He joined Systech in 1985 and has been involved in all aspects of developing, maintaining and supporting Systech products. Prior to joining Systech he was a development manager at SofTech Microsystems and programmer at DataGraphix. Mr. Armerding earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
Jon Goby
Jon Goby is Systech's Vice President of Sales. Mr. Goby's early high technology experience was gained at APC (Un-interruptible Power Supplies for computer networks). He has been with Systech since 1997 when he came on board as the Eastern Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Goby received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island.
Cheri Houchin
Cheri Houchin is Vice President of Accounting & Administration and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Houchin manages the accounting, administrative and human resource functions. She has served in roles responsible for accounting, strategic management, human resources and administrative management. Ms. Houchin has been with Systech since 1993 and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from San Diego State University.

Dean B. McDaniel
Mr. McDaniel was a co-founder of the Company and currently serves as a member of the Company's Board of Directors. He is a highly respected and well-known technologist and entrepreneur in the high tech industry. Mr. McDaniel founded Aquadyne Computer Corporation in 1992 and is currently serving as its president. Prior to his founding of Systech, Mr. McDaniel co-founded Datasystems Corporation and served as its chief engineer, and California Minicomputer Systems where he served as vice president of engineering. Mr. McDaniel attended San Diego State University, is a former member of the Chancellor's Associates of UCSD and is a San Diego native.
Tamim Shipchandler
Mr. Shipchandler currently serves as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. He is the owner and CEO of Cypress Labs, a group that specializes in the manufacturing cost analysis of printers and other varied high tech equipment. He has previously served as interim President for small companies that were either in emerging, merger or wind-down situations. He has also served as COO and Senior Vice President for an engineering services company with operations in the U.S. and India. AT EDS (now HP), Mr. Shipchandler was a Managing Consultant with international client management responsibility and offshore postings. At Texas Instruments, he held senior positions in strategy development and deployment, product line management (P&L) and business alliances– across the company’s diverse businesses. Mr. Shipchandler has Masters Degrees in Computer Systems Engineering and in Business from Marquette University and the University of Texas.
Arif Maskatia
Mr. Maskatia is a retired Chief Technology Officer of Acer Group. He has over 40 years of advanced systems architecture design and development experience and currently serves as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. During his career, over 19 years at Acer, among other accomplishments he made notable alliances with technology partners to develop many exciting products to market. such as the industry’s first convertible Tablet PC with Microsoft's Windows XP Tablet PC Edition operating system, the first Qualcomm Snapdragon based Android Smart Phone, the NVidia T3 based 10” Android OS based Tablet, and the first Google Chrome OS based Chromebook. He has excellent and respectful relationship with world class Taiwanese ODMs and Silicon Valley technology partners. Mr. Maskatia has received his BS and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, Ithaca NY in 1972 and 1973 respectively.
