Perfect for Bluetooth connected health applications, or any application that requires connectivity with Bluetooth, the Systech® SysLINK® Modular IoT Gateway enables remote access to a wide variety of sensors and devices for monitoring and control purposes.  Key use cases include health & wellness, sports & fitness, and smart homes & buildings.  For connected health applications the gateway will read and monitor devices such as glucose monitors and pulse oximeters, and larger equipment such as a home dialysis machines.  For smart buildings, the gateway can monitor and control door locks, and participate in a beacon location application.

For system integrators and OEMs, the gateway can be customized for almost any application.  In addition to IoT functionality, the Gateway is a complete, commercial-grade router.

Hardware interface options are implemented with modular option cards, so the exact required interfaces can be supported off-the-shelf.  Support is provided for up to five simultaneous wireless interfaces in a single gateway.  The gateway is certified for all supported wireless options, including cellular certification for most carriers and most countries.

Software flexibility is provided by the Linux OS.  Full Linux access is provided, including the development toolchain, to enable installation of custom software for local, edge computing.  Tools are provided for a unified development environment supporting Java, C, C++, Python, and other Linux programming languages.

To assist managing large numbers of deployed gateways, a free cloud-based management solution is provided at no cost.  This tool provides the ability to remotely update any number of gateways with configuration updates, software updates, and security patches.  Customer-specific software may also be managed with this free tool.

Locally, on the gateway, Advanced Routing provides optional firewall capabilities.  A VPN option supports client and server modes using IPSec or OpenVPN.
